No contract will subsist between you and
Autograph City for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until
Autograph City accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has despatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time
Autograph City sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Returns
Provided you keep the goods in 'as new' condition, you are entitled to withdraw from this contract without stating any cause within 7 days of delivery. You must communicate such withdrawal to Autograph City within that 7 day period. Autograph City reserves the right to reimbursement of the costs of delivery where goods are returned for no cause.
Autograph City will refund the original buyer in full, including return postage costs, or offer a replacement, where lack of authenticity can be proven and where proof of purchase is supplied. This will be the purchaser's sole remedy of claim.

Autograph City shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its control.
A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
