Rosario, who is of Puerto Rican, Cuban, African American, Irish and Native American descent,  was raised in Manhattan by her mother, a professional vocalist, and her father, who worked in construction. Discovered sitting on her front porch in New York City and asked if she wanted to be in a movie called Kids. Starring roles in MIB2, and arguably most notably Sin City have followed - and Rosario is set to reprise her role of Gail in Sin City 2.
