Robert Picardo Signed Star Trek Voyager 8x10

"Sticks and stones won't break my bones, so you can imagine how I feel about being called names."

This great picture of the Doctor in Star Trek Voyager has been signed by Robert Picardo.Along with George Takei and Robert Duncan McNeill, he is one of only three "Star Trek" regulars to wear all three "Star Trek" uniform colours. He wore the blue (medical) uniform in every episode of "Star Trek: Voyager" (1995) in which he appears, the "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine" (1993) episode "Doctor Bashir, I Presume?" and Star Trek: First Contact (1996), the gold (operations/security) uniform in the _"Star Trek: Voyager" (1995) episode "The Swarm" and the "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine" (1993) episode "Doctor Bashir, I Presume?" and the red (command) uniform in the "Star Trek: Voyager" (1995)_ episode "Tinker, Tenor, Doctor, Spy".

The Doctor is the name given by the crew of the Federation starship USS Voyager to their Emergency Medical Hologram, or EMH. The EMH is a computer program, with an interface in the form of a hologram with the appearance of a human male doctor. As its name suggests, it was designed to function in emergency situations only. However, on the USS Voyager, the Doctor was forced to become a full-time medic for the crew when the original doctor and nurse were killed in the starship's journey into the Delta Quadrant by the Caretaker. This caused his program to be somewhat deviant from the standard EMH.
